Our Palmy Program.

The EPIC Holiday Program is an OSCAR-approved, music-focused program led by our experienced EPIC MA team. Based in Palmerston North, we’ve been providing fun, creative, and engaging holiday experiences for over four years. Alongside music, we offer a variety of exciting activities at our venue and often head out on awesome trips. Take a look at what’s planned for these school holidays below!

When

Term 1 Dates:
Week 1: Monday 14th April - Thursday 17th April
Week 2: Tuesday 22nd April - Thursday 24th April
 

What

All children aged 5-13 years are welcome to join our program. They are required to bring their own morning tea/lunch every day. Occasionally snacks will be provided (ex. baking days, sausage sizzle, etc.), so please ensure our staff know if your child has any allergies.

Where

The Palmerston North Epic Holiday Program will be held at The Epic HQ/Equippers Church, 112-114 Cuba street, Palmerston North.

Price & Time

Standard Full Week (MON - THURS): $220
Single Day: $60 (9:00am - 3:30pm)
Early Start: (8:00am - 9:00am) +$10

Our Feilding Program
COMING TERM 2!

New for 2025, the EPIC Holiday Program is coming to Feilding! Launching in the Term 2 school holidays, this exciting new location will offer the same great mix of music, creativity, and adventure as our Palmerston North program. Just like Palmy, the Feilding Holiday Program will be OSCAR-funded, making it even easier for families to join the fun. With hands-on music sessions, engaging activities, and exciting outings, there’s something for everyone. Stay tuned for more details as we get ready for an EPIC start in Term 2!
